The service

Bday Message lets you store contact birthdays, write messages, and send them from chat accounts you connect. Calendar and contact storage are available without payment. Connecting a network and sending messages requires a paid plan.

Plans and payment

Plans are prepaid and one-time: 1 year ($24), 5 years ($60), or lifetime ($96). Prices are in US dollars. Stripe collects the payment. A year or five-year plan ends at the expiry date shown in settings. Lifetime has no expiry unless we refund or revoke it for abuse.

Refunds follow Estonian and EU consumer rules where they apply. Chargebacks and Stripe refunds revoke access.

Connected accounts

WhatsApp is linked as a companion device using unofficial libraries. Telegram is linked as a user client with the Telegram client API. Instagram and Messenger, when offered, use unofficial session login. These methods are not official partner programs of Meta or WhatsApp.

Meta, WhatsApp, or Telegram may drop the session, demand a check, or suspend the account. We are not those companies and we cannot reverse their decisions. You connect an account knowing that risk.

You may only connect accounts you are allowed to use. You must not use the service to spam, harass, or send messages the recipient did not want.

Your content

You own the message text you write. You grant us a limited licence to store it and to send it at the time you chose, through the connector, until you delete it.

Availability

We aim to send on time. Networks fail, sessions drop, and hosts restart. If a send fails we email you. We do not guarantee delivery on the minute.

Liability

To the extent Estonian law allows, we are not liable for account bans, missed birthdays, or indirect loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability for intent, gross negligence, or rights you cannot waive as a consumer.

Changes and contact
