How to send a birthday message automatically
You do the writing and the dates. The app sends on the morning of their birthday, from the chat they already have with you.
1. Sign in with email
Enter your email. We send a six-digit code. There is no password to remember, and a new code is required each time you sign in.
You can keep a calendar and add people without paying. Connecting WhatsApp or Telegram and sending a birthday message needs a plan.
2. Connect WhatsApp or Telegram
WhatsApp is a linked device. You scan a QR code, the same way you open WhatsApp Web. Telegram is a user client. You enter a phone code, and a password if you use two-factor.
The wish leaves from your account, not a business number and not a bot. Recipients see your name in the same thread.
WhatsApp or Meta can drop a linked device. If that happens, we email you and hold the unsent wish. Telegram uses a different session method, but its sessions can also end.
3. Save each person's birthday
The date lives on the person, not on the message. Change it once and every future send moves with it.
Telegram can fill a date when that person made it visible. WhatsApp does not share birthdays. You type the rest, or import a CSV, vCard, or calendar file.
Someone with no date cannot be included in a birthday send until you add one.
4. Write the wish once
Open a person and write the text. Choose once, or every year. Pick WhatsApp or Telegram. Set the time in your timezone.
You can also write one bulk text, use {name} for first name, and tick many people. Each send still fires on that person's birthday. A custom wish is not overwritten by bulk unless you replace it.
